Taking a look back over the Voicing Silence workshop I think this may have been my favourite day of the whole project. We spent the afternoon learning about each other and the role extinction has within our lives and cultures. Drinking sweet tea, creating paper flowers, sharing and listening to music we even we treated to a impromptu performance.
While the project moved on from this workshop beyond the visual art elements for me this was the real core session of my work on the project.
